Marina DelThe Humber Bay Shores area is located along Lake Shore Boulevard between the Humber River and Mimico Creek. This waterfront community, sometimes referred to as the "Western Beaches," consists predominantly of luxury condominium apartment buildings and an eclectic collection of homes.  In the past 5 years many new condominium apartment buildings and townhomes have sprung up, and still many more are in various stages of development.   Mystic Pointe  is located within this area but it is unique in it's ambiance and has been considered as a stand alone community.

Much of the new development on the east side of Parklawn sits on what was previously a motel strip. The lure of the water, magnificent views, access to great parks, and a whole host of outdoor activities is making this area a hot spot! There are units in this area sure to please buyers regardless of size or price range.

Waterfront Living At It's Best!

Humber Bay Park, located at the foot of Park Lawn Road south of Lakeshore Boulevard, offers spectacular views of downtown Toronto. This park is located on the shores of Lake Ontario and includes a Yacht Club, boat launching facilities, a model boat pond and a fly casting pond.   Humber Bay residents enjoy convenient access to South Humber Park which features open spaces and wooded areas overlooking the Humber Marshes. South Humber Park has a paved trail that is enjoyed by walkers, joggers, cyclists and in-line skaters. This trail links up with the Martin Goodman Trail on Toronto's waterfront.  Needless to say, there is no shortage of opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities.

Travel time the city is short with easy access to the Lake Shore and the Gardiner Expressway.  Many of the Condominiums offer shuttles to the Go and street cars run along Lake Shore Blvd.   Only a short drive to Sherway Gardens, shopping along Bloor Street and and Sobey's on the Queensway.
