Step 1    Choose an Agent.    

Step 2    Get a mortgage commitment.  I can help.    

Step 3     Make a "needs" and "wants" list.  Think in terms of staying 5 years.    

Step 4     As your agent I would identify listings that match your criteria.  

Step 5     The Search Begins. We tour listings to fine tune "needs and wants."  

Step 6      Review listings of homes I send daily and inspect the best

Step 7     We keep looking, the perfect house is out there we'll find it!    

Step 8     We find it - it's perfect!     

Step 9     The Offer Process Begins.  I will protect your interests.      

Step 10    I will present your offer to the seller and negotiate on your behalf    

Congratulations! When the conditions are all met and you can start packing.  Now your team goes to work for you.  Your mortgage broker gives an approval for the mortgage, I will make arrangements for a house inspection, and if you do not have one, put you in touch with a Real Estate Lawyer.  If the house you love needs a little TLC or some updating, I have contractors that I can recommend along with movers and even cleaning services.
